Use these as planning aids, not travel clearance or booking confirmations. The cards have not been field-tested. Check current entry requirements, operator notices, prices and transport connections for your own date. Route sketches are not measured or step-free routes. The budget ranges are editorial examples, not quotes. A translated allergy phrase is not a safety guarantee.

How to print and carry them

  1. Select A5 paper (148 × 210 mm) and print at actual size / 100%.
  2. For two-sided portrait printing, select flip on the long edge. Test one pair first: pages 1-2 should be the two sides of the payment card.
  3. Print all 24 pages for 12 double-sided sheets, or only the pair you need. This PDF is not arranged for a folded booklet.
  4. Fill in hotel addresses, return plans and backups before you leave. Keep personal booking, passport and payment details private.
  5. Save the PDF offline on your phone as a backup.

Check the official information before travelling

For mainland entry and arrival cards, use the National Immigration Administration and its official arrival-card guidance. Check MTR high-speed rail departure requirements and China Railway ticket rules for your booking. Shanghai Museum’s East building and People’s Square building have separate visit arrangements.
