Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport uses the code CAN and serves a large multi-terminal campus north of central Guangzhou. The first transfer decision is the terminal shown by the airline, not a generic “Baiyun Airport” pin. Terminal assignments, inter-terminal transport and rail access can change, so use the airline and airport’s current information for the flight date.

Once the terminal is confirmed, choose between urban rail, airport or intercity rail, taxi and ride-hailing based on arrival time, luggage and the final Guangzhou district.

Confirm the terminal before planning transport

Check the airline’s booking, online check-in and the official Baiyun Airport departure or arrival page. Codeshare passengers should look for the operating carrier as well as the marketing airline. A terminal shown in an old guide may no longer match the flight.

Use road transport with a verified pickup point

Prepare for entry and onward travel separately
