What does this tool check?
We use the pacing rules from the RelaxInChina App: frequent city changes, one-night stays and busy arrival days. These are planning guidelines. This version does not estimate live travel times, book tickets or decide visa eligibility.
Opening-day checks only use facts with a current verification date and explicit field evidence. Other places are marked for you to confirm with the venue. Booked sights are never moved by a suggested fix.
Save stores the trip in this browser only. Delete removes that saved copy. Download creates a self-contained travel sheet you can print or save as PDF.
How to use this trip planner
- Add your arrival date and the cities you want to visit. Give each stop enough nights for your own travel pace.
- Arrange sights by day and enter any time you have already booked. The pacing check flags things to review rather than making reservations.
- Use optional AI revisions for the same dates and cities, then keep the version you choose as a printable travel sheet.
A useful starting point
Start with Beijing, Xi’an and Shanghai, then adjust nights to fit your own dates. An existing museum booking should stay on its original day and time. Read the relevant city guide before deciding which sights to add.
This is a planning aid, without live availability, booking services or verified journey-time estimates. Venue admission rules, prices and transport schedules need a separate current check.
Questions before you start
Is the China trip planner free?
Manual route editing, pacing checks and the printable travel sheet are free. Optional AI revisions require sign-in and a daily allowance or an available purchased request.
Can AI change a visit I have already booked?
The revision flow preserves the dates, cities and booked entries you supplied. Review the proposed sights and notes before keeping a revision.
Can I save my China itinerary as a PDF?
Download the printable HTML travel sheet, open it in your browser and choose Print → Save as PDF. This keeps a copy you can use without a mobile connection.
Does this book trains, hotels or attraction tickets?
No. The itinerary does not establish availability or reserve anything. Use official operators and your own booking confirmations when making arrangements.
