1. What this website provides
We publish China travel information and provide planning, language and creative tools for international visitors. We are an information publisher, not a travel agency, government authority, airline, railway, hotel, clinic or insurer. We do not take travel booking payments, hold reservations, issue tickets, approve visas, or change, cancel or refund another provider’s bookings.
2. Using travel information
Use our guides to prepare your questions and plans. Before travelling or paying, confirm current entry requirements with the responsible authority and confirm timetables, prices, eligibility, availability and booking conditions with the operator. A publication or review date records an editorial update; it does not guarantee that a rule or service remains unchanged. Source-based research is not a claim of a first-hand visit or test unless the page explicitly says so.
Website information and tool outputs are not individual legal, immigration, medical or financial advice. For an emergency, contact local emergency services or the appropriate authority. Our contact inbox is not an emergency service.
3. Accounts and tools
Some tools work locally in your browser; AI features may require sign-in and have daily usage limits. Follow the current instructions and limits shown in each tool. Keep your login details private and do not use another person’s account without permission. We may limit access to prevent abuse or protect the service.
AI results can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Independently verify travel facts, translations and names before relying on them, especially for bookings, allergies, permanent inscriptions or official documents. Editing an output does not mean it has received human review. Do not upload material you lack permission to use, passport scans, payment credentials, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information.
4. Acceptable use
You may read our guides, link to them and use the available tools for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to access another person’s information, bypass authentication or usage limits, disrupt the service, submit malware or fraudulent enquiries, impersonate others, or use the website to infringe another person’s rights.
5. Content and materials
Website text, design, logos and media remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Reading a page does not transfer ownership. You may link to our material and use excerpts where permitted by applicable law, with appropriate attribution. Ask us before republishing substantial material or using our branding in a way that suggests an endorsement.

Some links lead to independent booking platforms and may earn us a commission on eligible purchases, as disclosed near the relevant link. An affiliate relationship does not make RelaxInChina the booking provider. The destination provider sets its own prices, terms, privacy practices and support process. Check those details before buying; direct booking, refund and cancellation enquiries to that provider. We cannot access your reservation.
7. Privacy and contact submissions
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain data handling and available choices. Send only the information needed for your website enquiry. A message to us does not create a travel booking or a professional advisory relationship.
8. Availability, errors and responsibility
We aim to make the website useful, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, a particular travel outcome or the continued availability of a third-party service. You remain responsible for checking information relevant to your own journey and for decisions you make using the website. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or limits consumer rights where applicable law does not allow that exclusion or limitation.
9. Changes and concerns
We may update features, correct content and revise these terms as the website changes. The effective date above identifies this version. Updated terms apply to use after they are published, subject to applicable law.
