Editorial and Partnership Enquiries

Editorial update: 21 October 2026. Kevin Fan, editorial contact. Source-based planning guidance; no first-hand booking or property inspection is claimed.

RelaxInChina is a China travel-information publication for international visitors, published by Shenzhen Tuohaiqihang Co., Ltd. This page explains how to send a useful editorial or commercial enquiry. It is not a booking platform, supplier registration programme or promise of a listing.

Choose the right type of enquiry

Correction or updated visitor information

Include the RelaxInChina page URL, the sentence or instruction that needs attention, the proposed correction and a primary source. A venue’s current opening notice, operator timetable or official visitor page is more useful than a broad promotional brochure. State the date and which location or service the information concerns.

Destination or visitor-resource proposal

Explain the visitor task the resource helps solve, the intended audience and the exact public URL. Identify who maintains it and how readers can check current conditions. If it covers a particular city, language or season, make that scope clear. Do not send traveller identities, booking records or passport copies as examples.

Commercial or affiliate proposal

Identify the business, your role and the proposed arrangement. Explain any payment, commission, free product or other benefit, the intended placement, the provider responsible for the service, and the terms a reader would see after leaving our website. An existing provider link on our site does not mean a broader endorsement or commercial agreement is available.

Information to include

  • Your business or organisation name and a public website or verification page.
  • The destination, service or editorial topic, with a short explanation of its relevance to international visitors.
  • The exact factual claim or proposed placement, including any limitations.
  • Who handles customer payments, delivery, cancellations, refunds and support if a service is involved.
  • Any commercial benefit or requested editorial condition, stated plainly.
  • A business contact channel for follow-up, without customer data or credentials.

Use a clear email subject such as “Correction: [page title]” or “Partnership enquiry: [business name]”. A concise proposal with relevant public links is easier to assess than a large unsolicited attachment.

Editorial boundaries

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract, guarantee a reply time, reserve a placement or secure publication. A proposal must not require us to describe an untested service as personally tested, conceal a commercial relationship, publish unsupported superlatives or guarantee search rankings and bookings.

Reader-facing commercial relationships should be disclosed where relevant. Factual details must be supportable, and a commercial relationship does not remove the need to correct an error. The website’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy explain use of the site and handling of enquiries.

For an existing travel booking

Contact the airline, property, operator or booking provider named on your confirmation. RelaxInChina cannot access those reservations, collect booking payments, change tickets or authorise refunds. Do not email us payment-card details, verification codes or complete booking credentials.
